The Belizian season - January through May.

Belize is recognized as one of the best destinations in the diving community. However, not all of Belize offers 5 stars diving. The place that has an international reputation is the Lighthouse Walls. This grand atoll offers some submarine walls of immense beauty, where the marine life reaches its maximum expression. The colors of the yellow brown and orange sponges compete spectacularly with the fishes of the reef, crustacean and small invertebrates. The length of the reef is very similar to that of the coast, with one shallow reef, very extended, that suddenly transforms into an underwater chasm. With the second largest barrier reef in the world, Belize has many astounding dive sites, One of the best is in Caye Caulker.

WEATHER:
February through May - Dry season
June into August - Rainy season that brings frequent squalls. The last 2-6 weeks is short and dry and called the Mauger season.
September though January - Rains which come from tropical depressions called fronts.
