PAYMENT:

To reserve any dive package, we request a deposit of $200.00 which is applied towards your total dive package price. For your convenience, your deposit can be secured through PayPal, which accepts the following currencies in addition to the USD: Canadian Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Yen and Australian Dollar. Please click PayPal logo below.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit card, Personal check, Wire transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• If made more than 45 days prior to arrival date, $200 fee per person
• If made 21-30 days prior to arrival date, forfeit 50% of amount paid
• If made less than 21 days prior to arrival date, forfeit 100% of amount paid

Group Bookings:
Payment Conditions vary from above. Deposit and Payment Due Dates will be advised upon booking.

Terms & Conditions:
All rates are subject to change which includes currency fluctuations and Government taxes.

Days Not Used:
No refund will be given in whole or in part for days not used at the Resort resulting from late arrival or premature departure.

Insurance:
We strongly recommend that clients take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking, to protect them and all those accompanying them for the full time of their visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility:
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your clients stay with us, or during their participation in any of our activities. Please also be aware that for their safety they are to follow any directions which may be given to them whilst they are staying with us or participating in any of our activities. We will not accept responsibility for any injuries which occur during their stay with us or their participation in our activities. Guests participating in scuba diving activities are required to sign an indemnity release form prior to instruction/diving. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as late arrival if International flights, civil disturbance. Fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, acts of terrorism, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
